You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund if you are not satisfied with your Eveluma experience.

No Return Required
You do not need to send the product back to receive your refund. Simply contact us and we'll take care of it.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at supporteveluma@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Conditions
- The 60-day window starts from the date your order is delivered.
- Refunds apply to your original purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Limit one refund per household.
